Hello PVDC Parents/Guardians,

We are all excited for the first day of Camp!

Just a few reminders:

Drop off and Pick up are at the PV Middle School (142 Peekskill Hollow Rd, Putnam Valley NY 10579) The second building on the campus. Our staff will be under the awning with PVPR T-shirts on and a bus will also be there.

When Picking up in the afternoon, PLEASE get out of your car and go over to the staff member that is there to give them your four Digit pin number. Anyone other than the parents/guardians and emergency contacts that will be picking up, please call the camp phones to let us know of the changes.

Putnam Valley Day Camp FAQs

1. What to bring to PV Day Camp: (ALL ITEMS SHOULD BE LABELED)

o Lunch (will be refrigerated when the child gets up to camp)

o Snack

o Bathing Suit

o Towel

o Sunscreen/Bug Spray

o Water bottle (refillable please)

o Book bag

o Must wear Sneakers-Everyday

What not to bring to Camp:

• CELL PHONES –We have a camp phone. Phones are prohibited.

• Flip flops

2. Important Phone Numbers: (the camp phone numbers are not on until June 27th) please call parks & Recreation for all information before camp starts.

3. Drop off & Pick up:

Parents will Drop off and pick up at the Putnam Valley Middle School Parking Lot (142 Peekskill Hollow rd.) Children will then be bused up to the camp. During on-line registration parents will choose a time to drop off and pick up their children. If you are running late to drop off in the am or pick up in the afternoon please call the day camp phone number 845-260-2807 to let them know you are running late.

4. Early pick up Drop off:

Please call the Camp to let them know of any early pick up or late drop off. This can be done between the hours of 9:30 and 3:00pm. Please call 845-260-2807 before driving up the hill.

5. Physicals & Immunization Records:

We require all children who attend PV Day camp to have updated physicals and Immunization records for all children before they can attend our camp.
