Hello All,

Thank you all for paying the deposits to secure your spots. We have a waiting list right now for weeks 3, 4,5,6,7. If you need to change your schedule, please email Aspinelli@PROTECTED or tcortina@PROTECTED.

All schedule changes and drops will incur a $15.00 fee per change. There are no schedule changes after June 3^rd.  

REMINDER-

   * All physicals and immunization records are due NO LATER THAN JUNE 3RD. 

  * All Final payments are DUE JUNE 3RD. You can pay your balance any time before this date, or you can pay up to   June 3rd.

Medication at camp: 

   *Any child who attends camp that requires medication at camp must get this form (attached) filled out by your doctor. All medication prescribed by the doctor must have a prescription label on it. (Examples: Epi pen or inhaler) This Medication must also match the form the doctor fills out.

             *Over the counter Medication such as Children’s Benadryl, Children’s Zyrtec or Tylenol must be clearly labeled with your child’s name on it and brand new (not used). This will also need the form attached to be filled out by your doctor with the correct medication and dosage.
