Good Evening,

We are all excited for the first day! Attached are the FAQ for camp 2023, camp calendar, important phone numbers, after-camp flyer, and the teen travel trips. 

Camp DROP OFF:
You can drop off your child at the PV Middle School (142 Peeksill Hollow Rd) between 7am-9am. The buses run every 20 minutes until the last bus at 9am. Please park your car and walk your child over to us to check in.

If you are late, please call before coming up the camp hill. Do not follow the bus up the hill to camp.

We will have a welcome table with flyers and will be handing out the first week's round of Camp shirts to this week's parents. Please label these shirts.

Camp PICK UP:

Pick up is at 4pm at the PV Middle School.  During pick up PLEASE park your car and walk over to get your child.

The counselors will ask for your 4-digit PIN. If you have forgotten this, please ask us at drop off.

For those of you who are using after-camp care, the bus schedule starts at 4:20pm and runs every 20 minutes until 6pm. 

You can call the camp phone number or text it at anytime to schedule your child to be brought down on a bus to the MS.

Any parent who needs to pick up their child before 4, please note that 3pm is the lastest you can come up to camp to pick up. Dismissal is at 3:15-3:50pm. 

POOL/SWIMING-No child is allowed to be in the deep end without passing the swim test. For the first week of camp the swim test will be on Wednesday June 28th. Everyone will swim, we just have to go over the rules and procedures before we proceed to the swim test. Swim test after the first week will be every Monday moving forward.
