PV Day Camp Message
Hello Camp Families!
Just a few things:
We are NOT bussing the kids up to camp this year. You will be dropping off and picking up each day. You have selected a time that you would be dropping off in the AM and PM. If you don't remember the time you have chosen-please call us at PVPR to confirm.
FINAL PAYMENTS are due the first week of June. Payments can be made by check, money order, cash at the Recreation Office or by mail. PVPR is open from 8 am-4 pm/845-526-3292/ 265 Oscawana Lake Road Putnam Valley NY 10579 ATTN: PVPR. FYI-the Town of Putnam Valley adds a 1.5% service fee to all card payments.
The Department of Health requires us to have on-site a physical and immunization records for all campers and CIT's. The records must be recent-within a year. You can have the Doctor fax them to us directly 845-306-2114 or send via email aspinelli@PROTECTED. Your child cannot attend our camp without this on file!
