PV Day Camp Message
Hi All!
All day camp balances are to be paid in full by this Friday, June 3rd. Payments can be made at the Parks and Recreation Office-open till 4 pm or by telephone 845-526-3292 with a debit or credit card. Credit cards are charged a 1.75% fee for processing.
All campers must have a physical with an up to date immunization record on file with us as per the Department of Health. They can be emailed to asantaniello@PROTECTED or sent by fax 845-306-2114. Physicals must have been completed within a year of when our camp ends. If your childs physical expires during camp, you must update it. I don't make the rules-the Department of Health does!
