Hi All-

This message is for our Teen Travel Parents only-that is campers entering Grade 6 through our CIT program. 

Splash Down has changed its policy regarding allowing camps to bring in their own food.  They are no longer allowing the kids to bring in their lunches, we must purchase food packs for all campers. The food package consists of a choice of a burger, 2 hot dogs, or 2 slices of pizza.  It also includes french fries and a 22 oz. drink.  The cost of this option is $8.95 per child. 

When we go to Splash Down, we are taking 88 campers with us.  This has now added an additional $800 to our Splash Down invoice, which is already our most costly trip-but the kids love it!!  After much discussion in our office, we would like to continue to offer this trip but we are reaching out to our parents to alert you that we will be adding $5 per child to your final invoice to offset the cost of this unexpected expense.
