PV Day Camp Message
Hi All, Just a reminder Up to date physicals with immunization records are required by the Department of Health for your child to attend day camp in Putnam County YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ADMITTED INTO OUR CAMP WITHOUT THE REQUIRED PAPERWORK! The physical must have taken place within a year from when they are going to attend camp
If your child has a physical appointment prior to camp and you told me-I probably forgot what you said! Can you please respond to this email with your child's name and appointment date so I can actually write it down this time!
Went up to the camp today-it is such a beautiful place-how lucky are your kids?!
