IT'S ALMOST TIME!!!!!! Children WILL NOT be admitted to our Day Camp program unless balances have been paid in full and photos and/or immunizations have been submitted YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY ON THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP-I BEG YOU NOT TO PUT MYSELF OR MY STAFF INTO THIS POSITION!!

We will have all handouts available on the first day, including our camp telephone numbers

Day camp drop off begins at 8:45 am UNLESS your child is attending the Before Camp care

Children must be checked in on the first day Please allow extra time in your morning routine Please park in a designated parking spot at the PV Middle School Be mindful that some PV School personnel are working and the PV School camps are also in the parking lot that day

Lunches are needed with a drink-no glass please No microwave is available for heating food All lunches are refrigerated

LABEL-LABEL everything with your child's name and we mean everything!

Make sure kids are wearing sneakers Need swimsuits and towels in a backpack

Sunscreen is a must Can send a tube (labeled) for reapplying

If sending a labeled bug spray-include a note for the nurse and give it to her the first day
