Hi All, Just a reminder that we will be having Parent Orientation on Monday, June 16 at the Putnam Valley Day Camp Buses will begin loading at the PV Middle School at 5:40 pm We will conduct tours and answer any questions you may have Our Day Camp Directors, Camp EMT and WSI (Water Safety Instructor) will be available to answer questions and address concerns Your children are welcome to attend

At this point, we should have collected all monies for camp If you still have a remaining balance, your child will be denied entrance into our program until the balance is settled Payment can be made by check or cash at the Rec Department or credit card payments can be made over the telephone

We are still missing a few photos and physicals with immunizations at this time Again, your child will be denied entry into our program until we have all of the appropriate documents required by the Department of Health You can email any documents to asantaniello@putnamvalley com or fax them directly to my desktop at 845-306-2114

We are looking for the following items-items can be dropped at Parks and Rec or at the Camp drop off location at the Middle School: Shower caps (the hotel ones are good-anybody work in a hotel that could hook us up?) Coffee cans or other round containers Egg cartons Shoe boxes Toilet or paper towel tubes
