PV Day Camp Message
Hello All,
Bear with me please, I have a lot to say!
BEFORE A CHILD CAN WALK INTO THE PV DAY CAMP, THEY MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID WE MUST HAVE A PHOTOGRAPH OF YOUR CHILD WE MUST HAVE AN UP TO DATE (WITHIN A YEAR) PHYSICAL WITH IMMUNIZATIONS
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE!! On the first morning of camp, please allow yourself extra time-you must check in your child
Any documents (photos-immunizations) can be faxed 845-306-2114 or emailed to asantaniello@putnamvalley com
PARENT ORIENTATION is Monday, June 16th We will start boarding the buses at the PV Middle School at about 5:40 pm Orientation is from 6-7 pm Your children are welcome to attend Everyone must ride the bus, no cars are allowed up the camp hill
