Hello Families and Campers,

As we all know the Putnam Valley Day Camp CARNIVAL is tomorrow!!!!!! So many exiciting things will be happening for thsi event! Following will be a list of IMPORTANT REMINDERS so please take the time to read this email

First: ALL Campers/Visitors will have the option of a Hotdog or Hamburger during the Carinival Also popcorn and cotton candy will be available Everyone will receive food vouchers for all the above products CHILDREN DO NOT NEED LUNCH, unless they have food allergies and will be eating a lunch from home FOOD ALLERGIES will not be accomodated, so please provided lunch if your child cannot eat from the above menu

The bus for the Parents/Visitors will pick up at the Putnam Valley Middle School, starting at 11:45am! The buses will continue going up to the camp every 15-20 mins DO NOT DRIVE UP THE HILL TO CAMP If you need handicap parking please call the camp at 845-264-4269 The buses will run until the end of the camp day

During the Carnival Children will stay with their groups and you can follow your child's group around to visit all the fun activities There will be a CHOICE rotation that allows your child to go where he or she pleases and you can also stay with them for that rotation

You will sign in when you arrive to the Carnival and you may sign your child out with your child's head counselor AND at the sign out table that will be up at camp

KEEP IN MIND: At the end of the Carnival, we will be doing CAMPER OF THE WEEK!! Your child might be a camper of the week You may want to stay, if possible, to see your child being awarded this honor

ATTN: Separate from the Carnival When you bring your child to the middle school in the mornings, please find a parking spot and walk your child over to their counselor This is for the safety of everyone Thank you!
