IT'S ALMOST TIME FOR CAMP TO START!!!!!

I have attached the Putnam Valley Summer Day Camp important phone numbers THE CAMP PHONE NUMBER HAS CHANGED! We have not set up the phones yet, so if you need us, please call the Parks and Rec number

All balances must be paid by the first day of camp All physicals and photos must be in-our fax is 845-306-2114 You must allow a few minutes on the first day to be cleared to attend

All medications must be turned in to the Camp Nurse with a Doctor's note on the first day of camp If you want your child to carry and reapply sunscreen, there is a form that you must sign on the first day We will have them at our check in table

Label everything! Kids need a lunch in a labeled bag with a drink, a reusable water bottle, a towel, and swimsuit Send everything in a labeled back pack They will receive a Parks and Rec backpack, but we don't get them out until later in the week

Apply sunscreen before they arrive Kids can reapply-you must sign the permission form
