PV Day Camp Message
Hi All, We have not been able to resolve our fax issues We are now switching to an alternative fax server Our new fax number is 845-306-2114 WE ARE STILL MISSING MANY IMMUNIZATION/PHYSICALS FOR CHILDREN Fax's come directly to my computer so a cover sheet is not necessary
Final balances are due by June 15th You can mail to 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, NY 10579 Please include your child's name on the check Balances can also be paid by credit card over the phone-845-526-3292
Your child will be unable to attend camp without either of the above being handled
Remember we always accept gently used toys for Day Camp Need coffee cans and boys and girls clothing for "accidents" (no underware-we give out new!)
Parent Orientation is June 13th from 6:00-7:00 at the camp Busing will begin at 5:30 PM at the PV Middle School You may not drive up to the camp Your chidren are welcome to attend
