- Stay hydrated, be sure to drink plenty of water.
- Limit your outdoor activities and don’t exercise outside between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
- Wear light clothing and sunscreen.
- If you don’t have access to air conditioning, Call Town Hall M-F 8a-4p, we will help you find a local cooling station 845-526-2121
- NEVER leave people or pets in a vehicle during the heat- even with the windows down, the heat index is too dangerous.
