THERE IS A LARGE POWER OUTAGE IN PUTNAM VALLEY. ESTIMATED RESTORATION TIME IS CURRENTLY 1:00AM
- Supervisor Sam Oliverio says there is a blown transformer at a power transfer station affecting 1000 homes in Putnam Valley and many more in Putnam County
- NYSEG's power outage reporting system is overloaded - both phone and website. They have started sending out text alerts about the restoration estimate.
- For now please pass the word to Putnam Valley Residents by cell phone or Facebook. Check Sam Oliverio's Facebook page for updates.
