***While you are anxiously waiting for the registration start date you can do a few things to prepare for the big day.  Go into your account: https://reg.pvpr.com making sure you know your login information of user name and password.  Once you are in the account, please edit your child’s enrollment by changing their grade, making sure it is updated to be what they will be entering into for September 2026.  This will ensure they are placed in the appropriate group for the summer.  Please update your child’s t-shirt size as that is what will be ordered for your child and cannot be changed once supplies arrive. Review all phone numbers, emergency contacts and email addresses.  If you need any assistance in resetting your password or forgot your user’s name, please call us at Parks and Recreation, 845-526-3292, PRIOR to registration so we can assist you.

PLEASE DO THIS BEFORE TUESDAY MARCH 24TH! DO NOT wait for this day to figure it out.

On the day of registration, we will not be able to change your password or help you with your user name. March 24th we will ONLY be able to accept payment phone calls as we have a town hall wide training this day from 8am-11am.

If you are having problems with the system, please keep trying as its going to be a busy day.

If we are full for some weeks, please only sign up for what you need (2 week minimum). DO NOT JUST SIGN UP FOR WHAT IS AVAILABLE AND THINK YOU WILL GET TO CHANGE IT LATER. If we are full for the week(s) you want IMMEDIATELY EMAIL US AT TCORTINA@PROTECTED WITH:

1. Parents name
2. Name of the child
3. Grade child is entering September 2026
4.  Weeks you want to be wait listed for

If weeks open up, we will email you. You have 24 hours to respond or we move on to the next person on the waiting list.

Week 5- July 27 to July 31

Week 6- August 3 to August 7

Week 7- August 10 to August 14

Week 8- August 17 to August 21
