Hi Folks,

Hope this email finds you all well. I hope working remotely and homeschooling are going smoothly-my hat truely goes off to you all-things have to be hectic and just plain hard at times.  Annie and I work together every other day at the Recreation office and that small semblance of normalacy is keeping me sane! We are both hopeful that we will return to the PVCC at some point this school year.

May bills would have gone out today-that has been electronically stopped. 

Anyone that paid for the half-day dismissal on April 17th-Annie is aware of your credit.

If you have already paid for April, this will be credited to your account. 

If  you paid for the full school year, April has been credited to your account.  With full year payments-Annie will keep crediting until we hit June. 

Our billing system does not allow Annie to post these credits to your accounts at this time.  She is however, keeping track by paper.  Please feel free to reach out to Annie for credit verification by email aspinelli@PROTECTED. 

In June if you have any credit on your account you have the option to  roll over this credit to carry over to next school year (2020-2021) or we will refund your money at that time.  

Now refunds with a muncipality have a process that we must follow.  If you are looking to receive a refund you must reach out to Annie (aspinelli@PROTECTED) by June 1st. If she does not hear from you on or prior to June 1 -she will assume you want to roll the money over.   This is of course, if we do not return to the PV Children's Center this school year.  We will submit your request to the Town Board by the June 17th- it gets approved-the check gets cut-then you receive a check by mail in early July.

Again, we are so hopeful we will return to the Children's Center before the school year is over.
