PV Day Camp Message
Hi Gang!
It's almost time for camp to open! We are so excited over here at the Recreation Office!
On the first day, you must check in before your child goes to their group. We are checking you in to make sure you do not have a balance due and your child has a physical and immunization on file which is a Department of Health requirement. If you need to reach us 845-526-3292 and our fax is 845-306-2114 if needed. Please don't make us have to turn you away because your paperwork is incomplete.
You will deliver your child to their group which is the grade they are entering in the fall. The groups will be holding up a sign with the grade on it.
I am asking you to please be mindful that we share the parking lot with other camps and PVCSD employees. Please drive slowly and park appropriately.
I am also asking you to park and deliver your child to their group each morning to avoid confusion in the parking lot.
Campers need a backpack-labeled lunch with a drink-a refillable water bottle- swimsuit -sunscreen and towel each day. We provide a pizza lunch on Friday's. LABEL EVERYTHING!
Make sure to pick up the paper with the telephone numbers on it when checking in.
