PV Day Camp Message
Hi Folks!
Looking for physicals and immunization records for our campers ! They can be faxed to
845-306-2114. If you have spoken to myself or Annie because the doctor appointment is upcoming-we have made note of that. Your child must have this on file to attend our day camp. The physical must be within a year to meet the Dept of Health requirements.
Parent Orientation is Monday, June 17th. We will start busing all up to the camp at 5:30 pm and run the bus until 7:00 pm from the front of the PV Middle School. Children are welcome to attend. This is an opportunity for you to come see the facility and meet the key staff-Our WSI is there to speak in depth with an parents that are interested regarding the pool. (WSI-is the Water Safety Instructor)
