Think we'll be going to camp in the snow?!

Just a reminder that the PV Day Camp Early Bird Special starts on Monday, April 2nd.  Our rates will increase after May 4th-so get in on our early Bird Special!

Prior to 4/2, you have the ability to go into our website https://reg.pvpr.com and alter your child's account.  Make sure to check all phone numbers, allergy and medical information, pick up and emergency contacts, and your child's grade needs to be changed to the grade they will enter in September 2018-the wrong grade will result in your child being placed in the wrong camp group-quite tragic to a kid!

While in our website https://reg.pvpr.com, take a minute to peruse under the Resources tab-> Documentation.  Here you will find: the required Medical form for the Doctor if need be, the Day Camp 2018 prices, Before and After Care information, Parent Manual, a list of the Teen Travel (grades 6-10) trips and the 2018 Activity Calendar. 

CIt's -Counselor's in Training must be 14 years old to participate. I have invited (via letter mail), all campers that are of age to participate.  If you have not received a letter, please reach out to me via phone 845-526-3292 or by email lkroohs@PROTECTED so I can get the letter out. 

The Department of Health requires all campers to have an up to date physical and immunization record. They must be current- within a year.  They can be emailed to Annie Spinelli aspinelli@PROTECTED or faxed 845-306-2114.

New this year!  PVPR has Sports Camps that run from 9 am-2 pm at the PV Schools-pvpr.com has all of this camp information.  Your child can attend the Sports Camps and then bus up to the PV Day Camp at 2 pm to take a swim.  These campers will be the last kids down the hill -arriving down between 3:45 and 4:00 pm.  The cost is just $5 a day/$30 for the week.  Before and after care is also available to add to the Sports Camp program.
