Hi All,

It's almost time for Day Camp!  So excited and looking forward to seeing all of our returning campers and meeting our new campers.

On Monday, 6/27, the PV Day Camp will be up and running.  All campers must arrive  in the front of the PV Middle School with a labeled lunch and drink.  Lunches will be refrigerated.  All campers need a swimsuit and a towel.  Label it!  Kids must wear sneakers and socks to camp every day.  You may send in sunscreen and bug spray -label this and our Director's advise against the spray type-they tend to get it in their eyes.  (Do they make bug spray without a spray nozzle? Just saying...)  All should be transported to camp in a labeled backpack.  We do give PVPR backpacks but sometimes it takes a day or two.

Kids start bussing up to camp from the PV Middle School at 8:45 am.  If your child arrives earlier than 8:45 am-they will attend the Before Camp program and you will be expected to pay an additional fee for that service. 

Kids start to come down from camp to the PV Middle School in the afternoon between 3:45-4:00 pm.  Late pick ups will be brought back up to the camp to our After Camp childcare program, and again an additional charge will be incurred. 

All medications must be given to the Camp Nurse-Christopher Lutz in the original packaging with a appropriate form completed by the physician.  The form can be found on our website https://reg.pvpr.com under the Documentation tab. 

If we do not have an up to date (within a year) physical with immunizations for your child, they will be denied entry into our camp.  This is a directive from the Putnam County Dept. of Health.  Forms can be faxed to 845-306-2114 or emailed to asantaniello@PROTECTED. 

We do have a very few unpaid balances for camp.  All balances are expected to be paid in full before your child may attend our Day Camp program.  Children will be denied entry into our camp  if monies are owed-please don't put me into this position.  Payments can be made at the Rec Office 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley/ Hours 8 am-4 pm or with a credit or debit card via telephone 845-526-3292.
