Registration for the PV Day Camp will begin this Monday, March 7th!!!

Just a few registration points that need review:

You must edit your online account -https://reg pvpr com Please look over all phone numbers for accuracy, your child's grade must be changed to the grade they will be entering in September, and pay particular attention to the area that asks you how you would like to be notified-make sure to click the box that has your email address because we do everything electronically

While in your online account https://reg pvpr com, look under the Documentation tab to see all important handouts You will find our Activity Calendar and Teen Travel trips under this tab

Once you have completed your registration at https://reg pvpr com, you have 10 business days to make a 25% deposit to save your child's camp reservation You may also pay in full at this time Payments can be made at the Parks and Recreation Office 8 am-4 pm/ by telephone using a debit or credit card (1 75% service charge added when using credit cards)/ or by mail 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley NY 10579 Failure to make the deposit may result in your child's space being rendered to a paying client

Deposits are refundable minus a $50 administrative fee until May 2, 2016 After May 2nd deposits are non-refundable

There will be no reduction of camp fees made for missed hours, days, or campers absence Refunds will not be issued without a Doctor's note

All balances are due by June 3, 2016

Physicals with your child's immunization records are required by the Department of Health They must be current-within a year of the end of your child's time at camp
