PV Day Camp Message
Okay Gang, The Day Camp medical team is calling folks right now for physicals and immunizations that we have not received If you receive a call by 6 pm this evening, the paperwork must be in by tomorrow or your child will not be attending camp on Monday morning You can email to me lkroohs@putnamvalley com or fax 845-306-2114
We must have the up to date immunization record and a physical that has been completed within a year
You must check in with me on Monday morning-AND YOU DONT WANT A PIECE OF ME!!!
