Hi All, Just a reminder that all Day Camp balances are required to be paid in full by Monday, June 2nd Payments can be made in person at Parks and Rec- open 8 am-4 pm, by mail (but your cutting it kind of close now) or by credit card over the phone 845-526-3292 We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover No child will be able to attend our day camp program with a balance due on account

Also at this time, photographs and physicals with immunizations are due You may fax 845-306-2114 or email them to asantaniello@putnamvalley com The Department of Health requires the above and checks each child's registration! Failure to provide, will again result in your child not being able to attend our program

Parent Orientation is scheduled for Monday, June 16th from 6-7 pm You must meet at the PV Middle School parking lot, and ride the mini bus up to the camp No cars will be permitted to drive up the hill! The buses will start loading by 5:40 pm
