Town of Putnam Valley Urgent Notice MAJOR POWER OUTAGE IN PUTNAM - Power Restoration expected within hours Supervisor Oliverio reports that a major electrical substation went down and power is out in Putnam Valley, Carmel and Kent. NYSEG informed him that restoration would be within 3 hours. The Supervisor has put in a complaint to NYSEG that the reporting system on the Putnam outages has failed, both on the NYSEG website and the NYSEG call in number, which says that there are no outages in your area. ...Continue Reading
