Town of Putnam Valley Notice _E-WASTE RECYCLING CHANGE EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 21st!_ Effective December 21st, the County provided Electronic Waste Recycling that has been operating at our Town Hall will NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE. The company that allowed us to recycle all electronic waste (TVS, Computers, Phones, Game Consoles, etc.) will no longer be providing this service.
