Day Camp Final Payments
Good Morning,
All day camp final payments, Immunizations and Physicals are due tomorrow Wednesday June 1st.
You can call us over the phone at Parks and Recreation (845) 526-3292 or come in person at the office. We are open 8am-4pm. We do have an after-hours drop box on our covered porch at Parks and Recreation if you cannot make it to us during our work hours.
You can email your copy of the physical and immunization records to this email or have the doctor Fax them to us at 845-306-2114
