Hi Everyone- The Children's Center is looking for paper towel/toilet paper/gift wrap tubes. We need them by the Spring Recess (early April). I would like to make with the kids a marble run that goes all around the school cafeteria. You can just drop them at either Center. Also looking for a few girs and boys sweatpants in the sizes of small and medium for our pee-pee clothes(we really call them this!) Hi Folks- REMINDERS!!! PVCSD will be having a Superintendent Conference Day on Friday, March 23. All PV Schools are closed that day. The Putnam Valley Children's Center will be operating from 7 am-6pm at the Elementary School. We will however, be going off-site to the Maritime Aquarium. PUTNAM VALLEY CHILDREN'S CENTER WEATHER BULLETIN *If the PVCSD is closed for the day, the PV Children's Center is also closed for the day. *If the PVCSD is on a two hour delayed opening, the PV Children's Center AM session is also on a two hour delay-We open at 9 AM. A one hour delay would mean the AM session would open one hour later-We open at 8 AM. *if all after school activities for the PVCSD are cancelled, the PV Children's Center will remain open for the afternoon. We have just been informed by the PV Elementary School that there is a problem with their electricity leaving part of the building without power. The part that is without power is of course on the end where we are operating! This may or may not be corrected by the time the Children's Center opens for the afternoon.
