Day Camp Parents, Just a reminder that all Day Camp balances must be paid by June 14th. Payment can be made in person at the Recreation office- open 8am-4pm, through the mail 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, NY, 10579 ATTN: Annie Santaniello, or with a credit card by phone 845-526-3292. Hello Parents, We seem to be missing ALOT of June tuition payments. Tuition was due on Monday, May 20th! Any tuition payments received after tomorrow Friday, May 24th- please submit them with a 10% late fee and be aware that we will not be able guaranteed your space will be saved! Hello, Just a reminder that this afternoon, and tomorrow in our AM and PM program, the PV Children's Center has been relocated to the new gym. When picking up your child in the PM -you must enter through the loading dock door. In the AM program, you will see a staff person outside on the sidewalk by the loading dock to guide your child inside. (It will probably be me and it rains every single year!) Hi All, Tuition is due on Monday, May 20th. I have attached the forms below. Also due on the 20th is the half-day dismissal on June 20th for the Elementary Students. On Monday, May 20th for the PM session and Tuesday, May 21st for the AM and PM session-we will be running the Children's Center out of the New Gym in the Elementary School. NOTICE: Day Camp Registration for the Town of Putnam Valley Day Camp is now CLOSED. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to our Health Department Guidelines the Putnam Valley Day Camp has reached our maximum number of registrations. We have already started a waiting list in the event of cancellations. Furthermore, our final Super Saturday Discount event scheduled for May 11th has been cancelled. Dear Parents, Attached please find a flyer for some art programs that Parks and Rec is going to cancel if they don't get enough enrollment. Cartooning is the only one that is currently going to run. If you would like to sign your child up for the classes today, you can fax the form back to Parks and Rec at 845-526-3179 and then call to make a credit card payment 845-526-3292.
