Hi All, This reminder is to all that have signed up for the Harry Potter (1/2 day dismissal) on this Thursday, 11/12. All children that are attending must have a dismissal note for the teacher and must bring a bag lunch with a drink. We will be open as usual until 6:00 pm. Hi All, What a busy fun week we had last week! The Bronx Zoo was wonderful and a beautiful weather day. Our Harvest Day on Friday was exhausting for me-I haven't worked that hard in years! The kids and staff made scarecrows-thank you all for sending in the supplies need to do that! The scarecrows are now standing proudly outside of the Parks and Recreation building-if you have a minute drive by and see them. Hi All, Just a reminder that only the kids that have pre-registered may attend the additional days of childcare the PVCC is offering. We will be offering childcare this Friday ,11/6 from 7 am to 6 pm at the Elementary school. The MS kids have a regular day of school with regular aftercare. Next week we are closed on Wednesday 11/11. The ES kids have a half day dismissal on 11/12-dismissal is at 12:15 pm. Thr MS is on a regular day. The Elementary kids have quite a few days that they are closed for the day, or on a half-day dismissal in November. The days that the school is closed for a full day are Tuesday, 11/3 and Friday, 11/6. The cost for these days is $55 a day for 11 hours of care. Schedule changes can not be made at this time-unless you are dropping days-adding days isn't possible at this time because our AM & PM program are filled to capacity. Hi All, We have just been alerted by the Elementary School that they just lost their water. It is 2:25 pm-so we made an administrative decision to keep the Elementary Center open for the afternoon-because the electrician and plumber are both arriving shortly to see what the problem is. We have large Deer Park bottles of water for flushing, Purell for hand washing, and a pump for the Deer Park for drinking water.
