Hello Putnam Valley Day Camp Families!

We hope you are all surviving this brutal winter and snow! Instead let’s begin thinking of warmer weather and Summertime! Attached you will find the Putnam Valley Day Camp 2026 early bird flyer with pricing as well as the Day Camp tour dates flyer and our events calendar.

PV Day Camp early bird registration will begin on Tuesday March 24^th at 8AM and pricing will run through (if availability lasts) Saturday April 4^th at midnight.  Prices increase on Sunday April 5^th with no discounts available.

********A special thing to note for this 2026 camp season is that the drop off and pick up location has been changed.  Due to the capital projects approval the middle/high school campuses will be under construction this summer, therefore PV Day Camp drop off and pick up will be at the Putnam Valley Elementary School.  More details will be shared as registration begins.***********

While you are anxiously waiting for the registration start date you can do a few things to prepare for the big day.  Go into your accounts: https://reg.pvpr.com making sure you know your login information of user name and password.  Once you are in the account, please edit your child’s enrollment by changing their grade, making sure it is updated to be what they will be entering into for September 2026.  This will ensure they are placed in the appropriate group for the summer.  Please update your child’s t-shirt size as that is what will be ordered for your child and cannot be changed once supplies arrive. Review all phone numbers, emergency contacts and email addresses.  If you need any assistance in resetting your password or forgot your user name, please call us at Parks and Recreation, 845-526-3292, PRIOR to registration so we can assist you.

You can also get a head start on obtaining your child’s most recent immunization and physical records or making that appointment so they will be up to date for the start of camp on June 29^th.  These records must be within one year of when camp starts.  All records can be faxes directly to us at 845-306-2114 or emailed to aspinelli@PROTECTED or tcortina@PROTECTED
