Mask Mandate Sill in Effect for Childcares!
Hello All,
Unfortunitly I received an email this morning from our Registar regarding Masks. This is still in our regulations.
I have attached the actual page of our regulations and here is the important blurb about it below :
(iii) The violation of these regulations shall be a basis to deny, limit, suspend, revoke, or terminate a license or registration, pursuant to Social Services Law § 390 (10) and applicable regulations
Not following this rule will result in us unable to provide childcare. We get inspected unanounced once a month!!!
Cross your fingers that I will get that email tonight and we don't have to follow this rule just like the school!
Please help us out by explaining to your children that masks must still be warn at the Children's Center.
