Due to time constraints and daily changes we are unable to host an additional zoom parent orientation at this time.

Please see the Attached PVPR COVID-19 Plan, and our important numbers. Please enter these numbers into your phones now.

Please make sure on our Registration website all of your child’s information and emergency contacts are local and all correct (under Enroll) https://reg.pvpr.com

PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER INTO PROGRAM

MUST CALL/TEXT IN ABSENSES

WILL NOT OFFER ANY ADDITIONAL CHILDCARE DAYS FROM SEPTEMBER TO DECEMBER

AM CARE- DROP OFF- REQUIRE MASKS ON PARENTS/GUARDIANS DROP OFF

All parents must call or text 845-656-5298 when dropping off their children.

A staff member will come outside and take your child’s temperature (cannot exceed 100.0) we will also be asking you three

COVID-19 questions:

1) Have you exhibited COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days

2) Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days,

3) Have you had close contact with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

We will then walk your child into the program.

Where to park:

Between the hours of 7am-7:50 you will be dropping off at the cafeteria circle (pull over enough to let the PVES staff pass you to park).

After 8am-9:00- you will go all the way around the circle and block the cars in front of the visitor parking)

AM Program Overview:

Children will be grouped in quads of 15 children. They will wash hands as soon as they get in and will be offered breakfast at this time. (We have tables for each group to have breakfast to allow social distancing) Each group will have a rotation throughout the morning, this will include: Art, gym/outside, toys, board games & large game activity.

PM CARE- PICK UP- REQUIRE MASKS ON PARENTS/GUARDIANS PICK UP-

All parents must call or text 845-656-5298 when picking up their children.

Where to Park:

Please park in the Parking lot closest to the cafeteria. PVCC staff will escort your child to your car.

PM Program Overview:

Children will be grouped in quads of 15 children. They will wash hands as soon as they get In. Right now we will be in the new gym until parent pick up is over in the cafeteria. We hope to be in the cafeteria by 3pm. When we get in the cafeteria all groups will have snack (we have enough room to social distance and eat in the cafeteria all at once) then each group will have a rotation throughout the afternoon, this will include: Art, gym/outside, toys, board games &Homework.
