Hi Folks,

Tuesday 11/6 is the Bronx Zoo trip for the PV Children's Center! Pre-registration was required to participate. 

The Center will operate out of the Elementary School Children's Center.  We open at 7 am.  Please remember when dropping off your child-if you are dropping and running to leave room for other cars to get around you. 

Pick up in the evening is at the Parks and Rec building at 265 Oscawana Lake Road.  We usually arrive between 5:45/6:00 pm.  The bus drops us in the Town Hall parking lot.  We walk the kids over to the Rec building in a line.  PLEASE do not take your child off of the line!  The kids will go into the Recreation building and then you will sign them out one by one. 

The bus leaves for the zoo at 9 am sharp.  We will not wait for any latecomers. 

Your child must be dressed for the weather-we go rain or shine! Please send them in sturdy shoes we will walk all day.  Each child should bring a lightweight backpack that they will carry themselves all day.  To lighten the load, please consider sending the bag lunch with a drink in a throw away bag. 

We do stop for a snack later in the day-we at the PVCC are all about the food!  I can't remember how much I told you to send-but $10 is more than enough money per child!

We have 3  cell phones that travel with us: My work cell is 845-656-5303,  the Middle School cell is 845-656-1631 and the Elementary cell phone is 845-656-5298.

We do not visit gift shops at the zoo. 

On Thursday 11/8, the Elementary students have no school.  We are offering full day care however this also required pre-registration.  For those that are attending : YOUR CHILD NEEDS A LUNCH WITH A DRINK, and dress in playclothes and have appropriate outside clothing.
