Hi All,

The Putnam Valley Children's Center will be opening our enrollment for the 2017-2018 school year on Monday, June 5, 2017 at 6:00 am.  At this point in time, you will be choosing the days that your child will attend the Children's Center for next year.  As many of our old timers know, these alloted number of spaces go quickly!  We have a license at the Elementary School for 80 children at both the AM and PM sessions and our Middle School license allows for 50 children at one time. 

To better prepare for this registration process, Annie and I are strongly suggesting you go into your accounts NOW and check over all information and edit your child's grade to the grade they will be attending in September 2017.  It would also be benefical to get the jump start now, because many people need help with their usernames and passwords and you can't waste time on June 5th. With all of this out of the way, on June 5th you will just login go to programs-->choose Children's center--> registration-->September registration and choose your child's days of attendance. 

I cannot stress enough how critical it is that you are prepared and register your child for the on June 5th if you plan on using us again next year.  The Children's Center spaces fill up very quickly!  We have had waiting lists for the entire school year this year!

When reviewing the information in your account, please pay particular attention to page labeled Broadcast.  Make sure you have clicked the box to receive emails from us-check the email address for accuracy and check the box to receive telephone calls in the event of an emergency.  We are planning to implement a emergency telephone system this summer. 

Annie and I will be in the office on Monday, June 5th at 8 am if you run into any problems but again, lets try to fix any problems before June 5th!

Once your register your child for September on June 5th, a 25% deposit is due within 5 business days.  All balances will be due by August 7th.  Failure to make payments on a timely basis may putnyour child's registration in jeporardy.  Payments can be made at the Children's Center (the ES has a credit card machine), at Parks and Rec-by mail-or by phone at Parks and Rec 845-526-3292.  The Town of Putnam Valley has a 1.75% surcharge on credit cards.

There are 2 ways to make payment for the Children's Center.  You can pay for the full school year-receiving a 15% discount for paying this way.  The discount has been calculated into the tuition fees already.  The other way of paying is to pay your tuition on a monthly basis.  All tuition bills will go out via email on or around the 15th of each month.  Payment is expected on the 20th of the month.  Late payments will be charged a 10% late fee. 

Our tuition rates has increased slightly.  A copy of the new rates are at each Center for your reveiw-sorry for the life of me I can't attach a file!
