Hello again,

Hope you are all enjoyed your holiday weekend.  We at Parks and Rec think every weekend should be 3 days!

Again, I am extending an invite to all parents to attend our Prep Rally on Friday, February 24th.  Toniann Cortina and Annie have spent countless hours preparing for this event.  The event will take place from 4-5:00 pm at our Elementary School site for the children that attend the PM program on Friday. 

I have attached the Opeation SAFE CHILD form that must be completed if you would like your child to receive an ID card from the Putnam County Sheriff's Department at our Prep Rally on 2/24/17. 

Just a reminder that on April 7th the Elementary kids have a 12:15 pm dismissal.  We will offer childcare from 12:15 pm-6:00 pm.  We will be having our first PVCC Color Wars event on this day.  The additional cost of the childcare is $35 for the 1st child, 50% for additional children.  Your child must be registered for this day to attend.  Registration is open now https://reg.pvpr.com.  You can register under Children's Center->Registration->Special Days. 

Lastly, The Child Care Council of Dutchess and Putnam is hosting their annual Champions of Child Care celebration in May.  This is an affair that honors outstanding contributions of dedicated child care providers.  I am reaching out to our families to nominate the PVCC for an award.  You can do so buy email-info@PROTECTED or electronically http://www.childcaredutchess.org/nominations2017/nominations2017.html.  Last year we won School Age Program of the Year-thanks to you guys!
