Hello,

I have attached the Opeation SAFE CHILD form that must be completed if you would like your child to receive an ID card from the Putnam County Sheriff's Department at our Prep Rally on 2/24/17. 

Again, I am extending an invite to all parents to attend our Prep Rally on Friday, February 24th.  Toniann Cortina and Annie have spent countless hours preparing for this event.  The event will take place from 4-5:00 pm at our Elementary School site.
