Hi All, Please be patient with me I have much information to pass along!

1) The PVCC will be closed on Monday, October 13 to observe Columbus Day

2) The School District will conduct an Emergency Management Drill on Friday, October 10th They will dismiss the children 15 minutes from school on this day The PVCC afternoon session at both the ES and MS will open 15 minutes earlier to accommodate your children We will close at our normal time

3) When making your monthly tuition payment please bring the invoice that you receive by email when paying your bill You will receive a reminder email around the first of the month stating what you owe for the following month The new system automatically charges the 10% late fee for all late payments

4) We will be offering childcare on the Superintendent's Conference Day (all PV schools are closed on this day) on Tuesday, November 4th We will be open from 7 AM -6 PM We will be traveling to the Bronx Zoo on this day We operate from our ES Center We leave the for the trip at 9:00 am and return to the PV Parks and Rec building between 5:30/6:00 pm The cost of this 11 hour day of childcare with the trip is $60 00 This includes the bus transportation and the trip package that is received at the zoo
REGISTRATION FOR THIS ADDITIONAL DAY OF CHILDCARE OPENS ON OUR WEBSITE ON OCTOBER 6TH WITH REGISTRATION CLOSING ON OCTOBER 20TH I have attached the "Special Registration" menu that you will be able to access (it will be a tab you must click on to enter) on our registration website-however it will not open until October 6th Payment can be made by check or cash at the Centers, credit card payments must be called in to Parks and Rec 845-526-3292
