By now you all should have received your invoice for your child's October tuition How cool is our new computer system! Payments can be made with check, money order or cash at all Centers Credit card payments can be made by telephone to Parks and Rec (845) 526-3292 between the hours of 10-4 pm

PLEASE BRING YOUR INVOICE TO THE CENTER WHEN PAYING ON-SITE

After 9/20 the tuition due date, the system will automatically add a 10% late fee to all late payments

All schedule changes must be requested by 9/20 Schedule changes will not be accommodated mid-month anymore Changes will only be allowed at payment time each month (and if we are able to accommodate you )

Just a reminder that we will be closed on September 25 & 26th

We recently asked you to download photos of your children Many of you had difficulty with this When going back into our system, you will go under the ENROLL tab and then you look for the edit tab You can then upload the photograph or make any necessary changes
