Hi All- Please bear with me -I have alot to email about!

• The AM session will not be accepting drop in's without prior approval from myself, Rich (AM Supervisor) or Annie (PM Supervisor) We have almost met our liscense capacity-meaning we are allowed 80 kids in the AM session and we are really close to that number Exceeding that number is not an option AGAIN, YOU MAY NOT JUST DROP OFF IT MUST BE APPROVED IN ADVANCE!

• Tuition is due by the 20th of the month A 10% late fee will be imposed for ALL late payments-this will begin with your October payment

• Because the AM program is almost to capacity, if you are late in submitting your payment, your AM spot will not be guaranteed for the following month

• The PV School district will be conducting an emergency drill on October 12th-dismissal will be 15 minutes earlier The PV Children's Center at both the Elementary and Middle School will begin 15 minutes earlier to accomodate the children that attend the PM session

• We will be offering full day care on Tuesday, November 6th The schools will be closed for a Superintendent's Conference Day We will be open from 7 am-6 pm at the Elementary School-providing childcare for our elementary and middle school kids We will be traveling off-site to the Bronx Zoo The cost of this day is $55 00 per child -no sibling discounts The registration deadline is October 20th-THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS DEADLINE DATE You may pay anytime between now and October 20th-the forms will be on our sites starting tomorrow (9/28)
