                       TUITION IS DUE FOR ON MONDAY, 11/22


  HALF-DAY CHILDCARE ON THURSDAY12/9 FOR *ES ONLY!!! ON-SITE ENTERTAINER $30

  FULL DAY CHILDCARE ON FRIDAY 12/10 FOR *ES ONLY!!!!! OFF SITE TRIP TO JV LANES $50
00

            TUITION AND EXTRA CHILDCARE DAYS ARE DUE REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOUR CHILD ATTENDS ON THE 20TH OF THE MONTH OR NOT! A late fee of 10% will be added to any late payments
 If it is not your child’s regular day to attend, you may certainly send payment in with your child in an envelope marked PV Children’s Center and the teacher can place it into our mailbox in the main office

You may also make payments at Parks and Recreation Department between the hours of 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Monday through Friday All credit card payments must be made at the Parks and Recreation Office in person or by telephone Thanks-
