Dear Parents,

                           TUITION IS DUE FOR NOVEMBER ON WEDNESDAY, 10/20
 

        On October 20th, you may also reserve a space for our Bronx Zoo trip on Tuesday, November 2nd
 The PVCSD is closed for the day to students, we will be offering childcare to our client families for the day 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
  We will be off-site traveling to the Bronx Zoo for most of the day
 All reservations must be made by 10/20-NO EXCEPTIONS
  We do not offer a sibling discount for this activity; the cost for the day is $50, at a cost of $4
55 per hour for childcare with a trip!
        Please note the Monthly Tuition Statement and Additional Childcare Days Statement is back to back to conserve paper
  Use whatever side pertains to your needs please
 Our Halloween events are on the back of this letter for your information, again to conserve paper!
      You can make the payment in person at any of our Sites in the AM or PM session
 Receipts are available when making a payment
  
      You may also make payments at Parks and Recreation Department between the hours of 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
 All credit card payments must be made at the Parks and Recreation Office in person or by telephone

     TUITION IS DUE REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOUR CHILD ATTENDS ON THE 20TH OF THE MONTH OR NOT! A late fee of 10% will be added to any late payments
 If it is not your child’s regular day to attend, you may certainly send payment in with your child in an envelope marked PV Children’s Center and the teacher can place it into our mailbox in the main office
