Dear Parents,

At this point in time you may continue to pay your tuition on a monthly basis for October, or you have an opportunity to pay for Oct-Nov-Dec, this being a Periodic payment Paying your tuition periodically entitles you to a 10 % discount The Monthly tuition payment is on a white sheet of paper; the Periodic tuition payment is on a blue piece of paper All tuition payments are due on Monday, September 20th There are multiple ways of making a tuition payment You can put the payment into an envelope addressed to the Putnam Valley Children’s Center and have your child give it to his teacher and it will be placed in our mailbox This can be done at both schools You can make the payment in person at any of our Sites in the AM or PM session You may also make payments at Parks and Recreation Department between the hours of 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Monday through Friday All credit card payments must be made at the Parks and Recreation Office in person or by telephone TUITION IS DUE REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOUR CHILD ATTENDS ON THE 20TH OF THE MONTH OR NOT! A late fee of 10% will be added to any late payments
Receipts are available when making a payment You may pick up your receipt in your clear pocket in the sign-out book at both Centers
