Dear Parents,

                   Monthly OR Periodic (Jan-Feb-March) tuition is due on MONDAY, DECEMBER 21ST for the month of January
 Your payments must be on time so that Annie can enter it into the computer for January attendance purposes before going on vacation for the holiday break
 The good news is that this payment will not be receipted until after the first of the year because the monies apply to our 2010 fiscal year
  
                 If your child does not attend on the 21st of the month, your tuition is still due
 You can put the payment into an envelope addressed to the Putnam Valley Children’s Center
  Your child can give it to his teacher and it will be placed in our mailbox
  This can be done at both schools
  

You may also make payments at Parks and Recreation between the hours of 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
As always, we will accept payments at the Center however, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CASH FOR YOUR JANUARY PAYMENT BECAUSE WE ARE UNABLE TO RECEIPT YOUR PAYMENT UNTIL JANUARY 1ST All credit card payments must be made at the Parks and Recreation Office Receipts will be written as soon as we return to work after the holiday break You may pick up your receipt in your clear pocket in the sign-out book at both Centers

As always, any payments received after the 21st of December, please automatically add the 10% late fee
