PV DAY CAMP CLOSED TOMORROW Tuesday July 7th 2026
Good Afternoon,
We have been in constant communication with NYSEG. Unfortunately due to the two downed utility poles and live power lines, the earliest estimated restoration time they can provide is 1:00 p.m. tomorrow. With that said, we cannot operate without water & power, so camp is CLOSED TOMORORW, TUESDAY, JULY 7TH.
In the 21 years our camp has been in operation, this is our first actual evacuation (other than drills). I want to sincerely thank our staff, campers, and parents for their cooperation, patience, and support. Your calm response and teamwork made this evacuation as smooth and safe as possible.
