We are still looking for up to date physicals and Immunizations for your child to attend our Day Camp this Summer. These must be in By June 2nd 2023.

  3. Mailed – 265 Oscawana lake Rd, Putnam Valley NY 10579
  4. Dropped off at the Parks and Recreation office between 8am and 4pm-265 Oscawana lake Rd, Putnam Valley NY 10579
  5. Or left in our afterhours box at parks and Recreation ( mailbox is on our covered porch)

 

Day Camp Balances are due no later than June 2nd 2023

Ways to pay:

  1. On line at https://reg.pvpr.com/ - log into your account- under programs—day camp Financial- pay registration
  2. Over the phone (845)526-3292 hours at the office are 8am-4pm Monday –Friday
  3. Mailed – 265 Oscawana lake Rd, Putnam Valley NY 10579
  4. Dropped off at the Parks and Recreation office between 8am and 4pm-265 Oscawana lake Rd, Putnam Valley NY 10579
  5. Or left in our afterhours box at parks and Recreation ( mailbox is on our covered porch)
