We will be offering both the Monthly Tuition & Full Year payment options for the 2025/26 school year. Tuition rates have gone up by 2% due to cost of food and minimum wage.

A deposit of $50.00 is due within 3 days of Registration to hold your spot.

The final Payment will be due by Wednesday August 20, 2025. Payments can be made at the Recreation Office, by mail addressed to PVPR 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley NY 10579, by phone 845-526-3292 or online payments through Pay Pal. The Town of Putnam Valley charges a 4.0% service fee for all card payments.

Registration for current famlies will open at 8am on Monday July 14th and Close at 4pm on Wednesday July 16th.

It will reopen to the public on Monday July 21st at 8am

PUTNAM VALLEY CHILDREN’S CENTER FINANCIAL POLICIES

• Monthly Tuition is due by the 20th of each month
• A 10% late fee will be added for any late payment
• Payments can be made at either Center, PVPR Office, by telephone PVPR 845-526-3292 or ON-LINE
• A service fee of 4.0% is charged on all card payments
• The PV Children’s Center offers a 50% discount for siblings if attending on the same day and same time AM/PM.
• Electronic payment receipts will be issued by the next business day
• Refunds for withdrawal from the program, are issued with a Doctor’s note ONLY
• There is a $25.00 scheduling fee that will be applied each time any changes/ drops are made.
• All Changes must be made between the 15^th- 20^th prior to each month. No credit or refund for changes mid-month.
• There is a $10.00 per child fee applied to any late pickups after 6pm
• Full year payments are expected in full by August 20^th 2025
