Hello PVCC Families,                                  

We will be offering both the monthly tuition & Full Year payment option for the 2024/25 school year. (Both Tuitions are attached) 

A deposit of $50.00 is due within 3 days of Registration to hold your spot.

The final Payment will be due on Monday August 20, 2024. Payments can be made at the Recreation Office, by mail addressed to PVPR 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley NY 10579, by phone 845-526-3292 or online payments through Pay Pal. The Town of Putnam Valley charges a 4.0% service fee for all card payments.

If your child needs mediaction on site, please get the doctor to fill out all the medication forms and bring them in to the office and the medication before school starts. Call us if you have any questions about the Medical Paperwork.

PUTNAM VALLEY CHILDREN’S CENTER                      FINANCIAL POLICIES

• Monthly Tuition is due by the 20th of each month
• A 10% late fee will be added for any late payment
• Payments can be made at the Center, PVPR Office, by telephone PVPR 845-526-3292 or ON-LINE
• A service fee of 4.0% is charged on all card payments
• The PV Children’s Center offers a 50% discount for siblings if attending on the same  day
• Electronic payment receipts will be issued by the next business day
• Refunds for withdrawal from the program, are issued with a Doctor’s note ONLY
• There is a $25.00 scheduling fee that will be applied each time any changes/ drops are made
• There is a $10.00 per child fee applied to any late pickups after 6pm
• Full year payments are expected in full by August 20^th  2024
