PV Children's Center Message
Hi All,
The PV Children's Center is working diligently to keep the child care center clean during this virus outbreak. The NYS Office of Children and Family Services oversee our programs. We received a Dear Provider letter that reviews all infection control practices.
The PVCC has a Health Care Plan that is reviewed yearly by our Health Care Practitioner. The plan is available for your review-please ask Annie/Toni at the ES or Vickie at the MS if you would like to see it. The Dear Provider letter regarding the virus will be at the Parent Board for your review.
We are being diligent with handwashing for staff and children. We are sanitizing our equipment weekly using the appropriate cleaning solution.
The PV Children's Center does not care for sick children-it is in our Health Care Plan. We are asking you to not send your child to the program if they are unwell. Same is being said to our staff members.
In the event someone is impacted by the virus, we will follow directives from the Putnam County Board of Health.
