Welcome back-I am kicking and screaming over here!

The following pertains to the Elementary School PVCC site: 

The AM program opens at 7 AM.   New families please park and escort your child into the building via the cafeteria door.  Toniann Cortina is our AM Site Supervisor and she will greet you and help to get your child settled.  Our returning parents will do the usual drop at the curb-PLEASE be mindful that people need to pass your car to park to get to work ! Also, please watch until your child enters the building. 

If your child is attending the PM program, they must have a dismissal note-which I have attached a copy to this email. (I believe you all receive a pad of them.)  You will indicate on the note the days your child is attending the PV Children's Center.  You can complete the note now and email it to dsillery@PROTECTED if that makes life easier. 

If there are any changes in your child's afterschool schedule, you must notify the teacher with a note and you must also notify the Children's Center-the important phone numbers and emails are also attached to this email. 

When picking up your child from the PM program, you will park in the front of the building and come to the Cafeteria door.  The door is locked-you may have to knock.  Please be prepared to provide the 4 digit code until we get to know you.  We close the Center at 6 PM.  If you are running late please call and let us know.  Again all of the phone numbers are attached to this email.

This is for our Middle School parents:

Your child will need a dismissal note -MS does not have a specific pad so please just write a note telling the teacher what days they will attend the PVCC.  The teacher's will assist the 5th grade students at the end of the day to get to the Center.  Vickie McDonald is the Site Supervisor at the Middle School. 

We are located in Room 142 at the Middle School.  To pick up your child at the end of the day, you will walk into the Courtyard and you will go to the door to the right (you will see the vegtable garden on your right.)  At the door you will ring the bell and a PVCC staff will open the door for you to enter the building.  Again, the phone numbers are attached so call if you get confused!

You will be asked for your 4 digit code when you arrive at the MS Center-this Center also closes at 6 PM.
